Welcome to Anak Semesta

Anak Semesta is a creative education initiative nurturing young people’s relationship with themselves, one another, nature, culture, and the world they belong to.
Through art, play, movement, reflection, and experiences in nature, we create spaces where young people can develop curiosity, ecological awareness, creativity, and a deeper sense of connection.
We believe that learning is not only about preparing for the future. It is also about learning how to be present, care for one another, and meaningfully participate in the world we share.

Learning for an Uncertain Future

The world young people are growing up in is changing rapidly. Anak Semesta is inspired by Deep Adaptation and related ecological thinking, translated into age-appropriate experiences that help young people build resilience, strengthen relationships, restore what they can, and respond meaningfully to change.

Rather than teaching fear, we create space for awareness, imagination, connection, and practical care.

Learning to Adapt, Connect & Care

We create experiences that help young people meet a changing world with curiosity, creativity, connection, and care.

Awareness & Curiosity

We encourage young people to observe, wonder, ask questions, and become more aware of themselves, others, nature, and the changes happening around them.

Artful Expressions

Through art, movement, play, and making, we create space for imagination, self-expression, experimentation, and new ways of seeing.

Connection & Belonging

We nurture meaningful relationships with people, communities, culture, and the more-than-human world through listening, collaboration, and shared experiences.

Adaptation & Care

We invite young people to explore how they can respond to uncertainty, care for what matters, and take meaningful action in their own communities and environments.

Help Us Grow This Space
